I’m tired of fighting with the truth I know. Raw food works for me. I can’t speak for others, but raw food helps me keep my weight down, my blood sugar normal, and my monthly visits cramp free (you know what I’m saying). I’m tried of starting and stopping. I’m ready to commit. Even as I look at the cooked food in my fridge and pantry right now and dread throwing out food (I’ll have to try to give it away first, but I has to go) I know what I have to do. It’s going to be life affirming.
I’m a Raw Vegan. I feel more alive when I eat raw food consistently. I’m not a slave to food and dieting. I’m free and full of life.

Good for you! I as well go raw for a few weeks at a time. I honestly had to stop because I lose so much weight. And I have tried everything to keep it on, but it just doesn’t work for me. I am vegetarian though and I try to eat as fresh/local as possible.
