What I Ate:
Orange Juice
Raw Peanuts
Large lunch salad with spinach base
Orange Juice for dinner and some raw almonds.
Weight in the morning 197.5
Today there is not much to report because my period is giving me the blues. I’m bloated and not really hungry. However, I’m not in much pain which is remarkable for me because I’m usually plagued with cramps. Raw Food = Less Cramps = Winning!
